Gorway House was founded by Mrs Pamela Brown and her daughters, Susan Allen and Jennifer Beale.

Jenny trained in a nursing background originally, whilst Sue got her experience by training for a degree in the recreation and leisure industry. Having run the business together collaboratively for nearly 30 years, and by taking a hands-on approach, they have gained a huge wealth of experience in delivering the best possible care for their clients.

They both live very close to Gorway and make sure to keep well-informed of everything that is happening there. Both Sue and Jenny are fully trained and ensure to always stay informed of the best industry practises.

In addition we have a team of 24 highly trained and experienced staff here at Gorway. Many of our staff have been working with us a long time, and that has allowed for a real continuity of care over the years.
